Brian Jones is the owner and operator of J&M Contracting Solutions LLC, a general contracting company specializing in both residential and commercial construction. With extensive experience in all aspects of the building process—from initial planning to project completion—Brian has built a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and integrity on every job site.
Before launching his career in construction, Brian proudly served in the United States Army as an Armored Reconnaissance Specialist from 2001 to 2004. He completed a 15-month combat tour in Baghdad, Iraq (2003–2004) with the 1st Cavalry Division, 2nd Brigade “Black Jack” Combat Team. His military service instilled in him discipline, leadership, and resilience—qualities that continue to shape his approach to business and life.
In addition to his construction expertise, Brian is a certified trainer in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, equipping individuals and organizations with proven principles for leadership and effectiveness. He is also deeply committed to community impact, serving through inner city Christian ministry where he mentors, supports, and uplifts others through faith and service.
Brian is also actively involved with an inner city Christian ministry group Eyes On Me Inc., where he dedicates time to serving his community, mentoring, and providing faith-based guidance to those in need.
